Les Premi\u00e8res nations certifi\u00e9es par le Conseil de gestion financi\u00e8re des Premi\u00e8res nations (CGF) ont prouv\u00e9 qu\u2019elles se sont dot\u00e9es de solides syst\u00e8mes de gestion financi\u00e8re (SGF) ou ont affich\u00e9 un excellent rendement financier (RF).<\/p>\n

Les Premi\u00e8res nations certifi\u00e9es en RF peuvent demander du financement \u00e0 plus long terme et \u00e0 plus faible co\u00fbt aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019Administration financi\u00e8re et peuvent \u00eatre mieux dispos\u00e9es \u00e0 tirer profit des nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques que leur offre le secteur priv\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Les Premi\u00e8res nations certifi\u00e9es en SGF ont enti\u00e8rement mis en \u0153uvre leur texte l\u00e9gislatif approuv\u00e9 sur l\u2019administration financi\u00e8re par le CGF, ce qui donne lieu \u00e0 une prise de d\u00e9cision davantage ax\u00e9e sur les processus et \u00e0 une plus grande responsabilisation vis-\u00e0-vis leurs membres.<\/p>\n

Le CGF \u00e9tablit des normes en ce qui a trait \u00e0 l\u2019approbation des textes l\u00e9gislatifs portant sur l\u2019administration financi\u00e8re et aux certifications en mati\u00e8re de syst\u00e8mes de gestion financi\u00e8re et de rendement financier. Il y a maintenant 76 Premi\u00e8res nations qui ont \u00e9labor\u00e9 et adopt\u00e9 des lois sur l\u2019administration financi\u00e8re qui r\u00e9pondent aux normes du CGF.<\/p>\n

Soixante-huit de ces Premi\u00e8res nations ont obtenu leur certification en RF et deux Premi\u00e8res nations poss\u00e8dent leur certification en mati\u00e8re de SGF.<\/p>\n<\/div>
